extremely unfriendly receptionist....NO upfront information about broken elevator even though it happened 2 days before our reservation...3rd floor...no help with luggage....no discount ..phoned the General Manager but no return call...wrote him but no return mail...very bad management and not Marriott level

The staff was very helpful during a difficult time. The lobby was beautiful. A nice place to gather with family.
One concern was having carpet in a pet friendly room. It would have felt cleaner with hard surface flooring. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Room was not ready at check in time. Says dining available, which means you can buy Starbucks in the lobby. Booked with 4 people in the room, complimentary water was 2 bottles, why not one for each person booked?

Additional Fees for Parking and Breakfast
I searched through a ton of properties before choosing this one and forgot to make sure it had free breakfast - it DOESN'T. You also have to pay for parking, which is beyond ridiculous. Just add that price to the room and call it free. Those are my only complaints.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool or fitness facility.

The young lady who worked the front desk on 5/17/2025 around 1ish deserves a raise! She was friendly, funny, and helpful! Her personality alone would be a reason I would book a room.
