We got to our room late at night so we just went straight to bed. After waking up in the morning went to the bathroom to find hair and dead skin in the sink. No one wiped it down from previous guests. You can see that there used to be a mirror that was bigger and there were holes in the wall. The TV sounded like it was buzzing when it was turned on. The pool was closed because the battery that operated the door was dead. The guy who checked us in was very nice.

We arrived a little and our room wasn’t available, which was fine. We observed a lot of socializing by staff which may have delayed getting our room.
The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable and it was loud which was a surprise for this type of property.

The Staff was great. The breakfast was well managed and fresh. Th erooms are larger and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is larger and well lit.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was so comfortable! I also loved the dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner that was provided, very unexpected but seriously loved. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were so nice and accommodating. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious! My husband and I are very clean neat people and we would live in this place cause they seem to have the same standards! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Breakfast are really good but the room was not that clean for newer higher standard hotel with renovations and there was some damage. I'm sure it was once a very nice hotel but we a lot of businesses in this country they lost their charm and commitment when it came to me.

办理入住时没有提供任何帮助。只有一部电话循环播放，显示分机不可用，转接给接线员。没有接线员，我不得不直接用手机拨号才能找到人帮我办理入住。
当时是晚上 8:30。
