I recently stayed in one of the Marriott hotels in Pensacola. My experience at the Hilton was MUCH BETTER. My daughter and I were there with our puppy who was to have major surgery. The staff was helpful, positive, and able to answer questions (e.g., restaurants nearby, stores, etc.). The lady in the restaurant, helped by creating a dinner plate for our puppy. Everyone was very positice and made a difficult trip easier. They also worked as a team, which doesn't seem to happen often. Thank-you to all the staff and their help.

This is a very accommodating hotel. We booked a room and our flight was cancelled and the hotel staff was very kind and worked with us on the cancellation.

My Weekend Stay
Hotel is very nice and close to restaurants and other stores, less than 5 minutes to the mall. My Jr. Suite (Room 429) was very nice and clean. I had a late check-in, called the desk to inform them, call was answered promptly and the late night desk agent knew who I was and was ready to check me in.

Great place to stay real nice clean rooms only 1 problem which was a major issue my wife and I were trying to extend our stay at the hotel for one more night with our daughter family and friends discount that she and family members receive by her working for Hilton should’ve been no problem we never have a issue with doing so but the receptionist Paige refused us access in doing so we went to the next exit and spent a night at the Marriott even though we had to pack up everything just to go to another hotel…..we won’t be staying at the Hilton ever again …..THANKS PAige

The staff was great. I arrived early and was helped politely with an early check-in They were very friendly. The only draw back to the hotel was the outer door entry system. There was a glitch most times, but again the staff was helpful and corrected the key card every time. I will choose Hilton again.
