Very nice staff, clean, etc. only downfall was I watched a staff person open the coffee beans with their teeth to then pour into the coffee maker. The staff person was a guy who looked like a maintenance guy or something trying to help the breakfast people refill the beans however, not the most sanitary way to open the coffee beans!

Parking was very safe. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room looked good initially, but the bathroom shower floor was not clean. The nightstand was sticky. The toilet bowl had orange iron stains which can be cleaned. The mirrors were dusty and full of streaks. It looks like they were wiped down, but not with the correct cloth. I met a woman in breakfast room who told me she had checked in days before and complained that her shower had not been cleaned. It was full of hair. Seems that the rooms need to be inspected after the women finish by a supervisor. We usually stay at a Marriott property and don’t run into this problem.

The hotel looks wonderful. Upgraded 3 years ago. BUT our room had a hoe in the bathroom door. And the post holding up the headboard was knocked out from under. I told the front desk when we left.

This hotel is disgusting. I booked based off the positive reviews. I don't understand how they received any positive reviews. The refrigerator was leaking water on the floor, the carpet is disgusting. The carpet is really dark, yet I was still able to see big dirty rings. The shower head had mold and rusty. It was room # 103. Nasty nasty nasty. I only stayed one day...one day too long.

This was not a bad hotel. It was just very dirty. The bathroom needed a deep clean. The vents were covered in dust. The carpet smelled like mold. It was just so dirty. I would not stay there again.

我们来得匆忙,但假日酒店还是很好心地为我们安排了一间房。电梯上贴着“使用风险自负”的告示,我们住在三楼。房间和浴室都挺干净的,但谈不上一尘不染。马桶座圈非常松动,浴室的排气扇也坏了。床很舒服,冰箱和微波炉都能正常使用,而且都挺干净的。
之前取消的预订还没有退款。
