We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton. All of the staff were super nice and welcoming, which made our experience wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Miranda at the host stand, who was incredibly kind to our child and made them feel so comfortable and happy. That extra care meant so much to us as parents and turned our stay into something truly memorable

Off Season Service
I love this Ritz, but it felt understaffed. The service was that of a 3 star hotel. Room service forgot essential items and the food was cold by the time those items were brought to us. Ironically, the only good thing was the waterpark, which is not a typical Ritz amenity.

Everything on this hotel was great. All around. Staff went above and beyond. Amenities very nice. Cleanliness on the spot. I guess my only observation is that I wasn't able to control successfully the climate inside my hotel room. The thermostat didn't seem to be working properly so all the time it was a little colder than I wanted it. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you.
