Breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn brand is never complimentary unless guest is booking stay whit breakfast included in room rate, then the breakfast is complimentary. Service every other day is Hilton policy, however, if the guest is requesting, we always provide daily service and we apologize if that did not happen during your stay. Jeanette at the front counter was very welcoming and amazing . She accommodated and provided me with a great stay and even assisted me in joining the rewards program. I had a great stay the hotel was quiet and very clean .

convenient stay
Our stay was good. The staff was helpful although I did find it a bit uncomfortable to have to wait to ask the desk employee for a complimentary coffee/tea instead of being able to just get it myself. The room was clean but old - old peeling wallpaper, rust spots in the tub, and peeling plastic on the toilet seat.

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, easy access to the highway. Rooms are very clean. I was in a handicap room and it’s extremely spacious. A very friendly and gracious staff definitely will stay here again.

You can tell this is an older property but everything was clean and organized room was spacious and had what I needed. Bed was comfortable, Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would stay here again

The rooms were not very clean, the shower was dirty. We needed more towels and were told we had to come downstairs to get them. When taking a shower, the shampoo container was empty. For the price, one would think breakfast would be included, not an additional charge. The location was nice, full of beautiful trees. It was nice and quiet and felt safe.
