Amenities were excellent. The hotel is very outdated. Rooms old, dusty and in need of renovation. Service was excellent.

Room was very clean and very spacious. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and small stove eye. Everything you needed as far as utensils and plateware was included. Pool onsite with a gazebo with grills and tables. 24hr coffee downstairs. Hotel is also pet friendly which we didn’t realize and were pretty bummed that we could have brought out bestest boy. Location was safe and super close to restaurants, stores etc. There was even a super nice Top Golf about a 1/4 mile down on the same road. Easy commute to UCF for the football game. This was our first time staying at an IHG branded suites hotel, we’ve stayed at Hilton branded ones a few times but I will say I will definitely use this hotel when we’re back in the area and look at other Candlwood Suites when we travel elsewhere.

Loved this stay — it felt like a full studio apartment with a fridge, stove, and everything you’d need to actually live in. The room was clean, and the front desk lady was very sweet and helpful. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return.

Had reservations and when we arrived at the property they didn't have a room for us and didn't attempt to fix the situation just told us too bad.

No fry pan in room. Cabinetes and floor all sticky. Roach in cabinets.
Carpet and living room furniture bad,whole room smells bad as soon as you walk in door

The room smelled HORRIBLE - like mildew and smoke and mold all rolled in one. I didn’t not ask to be moved bc it was 1 am when I got there and I was leaving by 7.

Everything was good rooms were clean and neat. We had no issues. I left my laptop in the room and forgot it at check they found it and is mailing it to me. Thank God

Room was musty. If the AC wasn't cold enough things felt damp (especially the rug).

The only thing I don't like is the extra fee every day is the tourist fee of 3.50
