Breakfast was great! Staff was awesome and friendly! Bed was comfortable room was nice but had a strong musty/mold smell.

Staff was extremely friendly. We loved the variety of options at breakfast. The only negative that we had was the pull out couch was full of food crumbs when we pulled it out

Not able to sit outside in the pool area. Beds were too high. Very difficult for my father and even me. Neither of us slept well, and there was only one sitting chair and it was not comfortable. Worth far less than half of what I paid.

Excellent, diligent staff - not the building
Staff were great and helped over coming the lack of maintenance and goofy design and misleading listing.
The suite is not a suite but just a bit larger room, room is close to and faces freeway - noisy. The whole building smell stale somehow. The fancy coffee maker did not always work. It wouldn't take much from HQ to make it right, but it is not happening.

酒店本身很不错，房间安静干净。前台工作人员杰西卡太糟糕了。我预订了6人房间，结果却被安排错了。到达后打电话过去，她9次挂断了我的电话。是的，在试图解释问题并商量更换房间时，她9次都挂断了。她没有主动帮我换到我预订的房间，也没有提供任何帮助。她只说我可以预订第二间房，但要付两间房的钱。她没有直接帮我们换到正确的房间，而正确的房间是有折叠沙发的。最后我不得不下楼让他们打电话给一位好心的经理，让她帮忙。经理把我们换了房间。她根本不适合在前台工作，也根本不适合和人打交道。我以前去达拉斯旅行时住过这家酒店，从来没有遇到过任何问题。也许她是新来的，或者根本不知道如何在酒店前台工作。但她真的很糟糕。我不敢相信她竟然可以这样对待客人。当时已经很晚了，我们也很累，而且我们预订了一间六人房。我前一天和入住时都打电话确认了。入住时他们甚至还给了我额外的床上用品，用来做第三张床。结果进了房间，却发现没有第三张床。我不确定她是不是真的叫杰西卡。不过尽量别跟她联系。
