I have been double billed at another SpringHill location and I tried to make sure it didn’t happen again and the desk clerk I was being charged for the room even though I had paid with the reservation and he told there was nothing he could do about it

This is our second stay. We like the location, the cleanliness, and the staff. This isn't the fault of the hotel--but the rooster at the home behind the hotel is a nuisance to restful sleep. It starts crowing loudly at 4 am some days, 5 am other days and goes on and on every few minutes for hours. Better sealed windows -- and a warning for light sleepers to avoid rooms on the back right of the building.

We stayed in room with the GREAT area with desk and sofa, felt just like a small living room, it was soooooo awesome to have so much space and beautiful layout with bathroom in the middle of room, and our own sink near the entrance was AMAZING!!

Check in was smooth, the receptionist was friendly and outgoing. Staff was great. Unfortunately, we were unable to get breakfast due to an early check out. Everything was very clean, both inside and out of the room. Would definitely return.

Awesome stay. We needed directions and called the front desk for help. Management stayed on the phone the whole time while giving us directions.
Staff friendly and courteous. Room was very clean. Enjoyed our sta. Will be returning in the future

这是一次无与伦比的住宿体验。酒店距离查尔斯顿市中心大约20分钟路程。9月6日下午接待我们办理入住的前台小姐姐真是太好了，她甚至帮我解决了预订时的一个失误（我订了两晚但预订了两个不同的房间），她让我们得以住在同一个房间，省去了换房的麻烦。我记不清她的名字了，但希望她能收到我们最诚挚的感谢。
另外，早餐区的卫生也值得一提，工作人员总是及时补充食物并清洁桌椅表面。
我们房间的浴室水龙头堵了，他们也立刻就修好了。
我肯定会再来的。地理位置、客户服务和清洁度都非常棒。就酒店价格而言，早餐相当不错。房间很大，我们住得很舒服。
非常喜欢我们在这里的住宿！房间非常漂亮宽敞！特别喜欢额外的休息区！我们通过trips.com预订的优惠也很棒。一定会再来住的！美味的早餐更是锦上添花！
