I had two nights here for a business trip. Staff was great and friendly - especially Gulab my driver. I wasn’t expecting many options for dinner, but they had a large many and the food was excellent.

Hotel staff need more training. Hotel rooms need more maintenance. All together we stayed for 32 nights- on each stay- I had requested for maintenance. Hotel needs ergonomically designed rooms for ease of guests. Hotel employees at low levels are very friendly, helpful and ready to provide services above and beyond. It’s owners who don’t want to maintain their own facilities. Their own greed is not acceptable.

I travelled first time in Vadodara and first time, I stayed in this hotel on Diwali to celebrate my birthday, with my family and relatives. I am very much glad that I received a world class service not only from the receptionist, but also a very well service from F&B staff. Miss Jahanvi Pradhan the Duty Manger, who have helped me to book a table for my 15 guests for dinner, on an extremely busy day of Diwali. She guided me with the reservation, booking the table and very well helped to all of my guests. The F&B team was also fabulous who served well in our dinner party. Overall, I received a valuable service from all of their staff. I would be happy to stay in future in the same hotel and will advise my friends and relatives too. My every guest was enjoyed a lot in Hampton by Hilton. We will look forward to staying again in the same hotel. Thanks, and best regards, Bhaumik

位置很好，餐饮也不错。缺点是冰箱制冷效果不太好。
他们不应该自称是希尔顿，更像是个二三星级的汽车旅馆，对前台的服务也不是很满意。
不符合“希尔顿”品牌酒店应有的标准
性价比超高的酒店，离火车站特别近。早餐选择也挺多的。
酒店很棒，早餐不错，员工也很友好。但是，在酒店买水太贵了。
