Love-lOvE-LOVE. The experience in the castle is always nice. It was my second time and I totally love the building, the garden and it is veey-very nice hotel and area for dogs as well. The reception is helpful, spa is more than great and restaurant is also very high quality. The breakfast has many options and good coffee. There were some small things last time like dripping tap, lack of racks, old pillows and blankets etc, but all these were corrected now. They have new and nice Wendre pillows-blankets. They also have added a drinking bowl for dogs that was not that way last time we were here.

The best Spa in Estonia. Restaurant food is very, very delicious. All service is friendly and professional. And the castle and garden are gorgeous, you just must see it.

Our experience at Wagenküll was really extraordinary and we got a warm welcome from all of the staff in the company. Starting from the very first moments, when we were guided to the tunnels by a kind housekeeper, ending with pleasant meals and excellent service at the restaurant. Not to forget the amazing people at spa-side as well - they made sure we felt comfortable and could have the best 2 nights with max relaxation. The location and atmosphere was overall lovely and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Starting from positive aspects - first, the garden was wonderfully decorated in "Alice in Wonderland" theme and we enjoyed family walks and photographing there. The landscape architect and gardeners have done a great job curating the park! Second, the restaurant Wagenküll delivered excellent dinners - we tried different meals and both the kids and adults were happy with their delicious choices. Third, the spa with its indoor and outdoor pools were great fun. Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the accommodation itself was quite disappointing, especially as it is marketed as luxury and thereby sets high expectations. Our room in the Park building had very poor ventilation. So the room didn't have enough fresh air/oxygen to get us through the night comfortably. (I knew there was no air conditioning to keep the room cool in hot summer, but hoped for ventilation.) The shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom (toilet, sink) with a shower cabin or shower curtains, so the floor gets wet. So it might be a good idea to market Park building accommodation as historic rather than luxury, so that guests would have a bit lower expectations.

城堡庭院非常漂亮，早餐也很棒。然而，有些细微之处却鲜有人提及。昆虫种类繁多，不仅有苍蝇，还有马蝇等等。在室外泳池游泳或在泳池边玩耍时，这些昆虫总是叮咬人，水面上还漂浮着许多死虫，非常令人不快。价格如此之高，必须找到对抗这些昆虫的方案，才能让人们住得舒适！公园别墅的房间：没有空调，非常闷热，冰箱运行不良，清洁工作也不太好（床边散落着坚果，薄纱很脏，浴室的水龙头上还有一层涂层）。
关于瓦根库尔假期的质量很差 我和丈夫为情侣准备了两天的套餐，其中包括城堡内的豪华客房和两次护理、按摩和带一瓶香槟的沐浴。 以下是我们的印象： 1. 城堡非常漂亮，周围有可以散步的地方，也有可以看的装置。水疗中心很棒，你需要的一切都在那里。 2. 问候语和工作人员，从接待处、水疗中心、餐厅等开始，感觉我们不是预期的，我们感觉不像客人。我们经常旅行，当然有一些东西可以比较。总的来说，服务很冷淡，信息不丰富，一切都得自己询问和了解。我们唯一可以注意到的是水疗中心的工作人员、按摩师、卡琳和年轻人，他们很友好。 3.餐厅的食物——食物很美味，份量很大，气氛很好，音乐很棒，我喜欢这里的一切。除了服务之外，如上所述。现场还有一家咖啡馆，价格较低，食物也比较简单，因为是自助餐，但食物又冷又干。 4. 程序 - 按摩很经典，我们能够放松。浴室配有按摩浴缸和香槟，我们认为如果您的房间有浴缸，那么这是一个无用的程序，您可以在房间里喝香槟:)房间很凉爽，闻起来潮湿，蜡烛在燃烧，这还不是全部:)香槟很好喝。但不知怎的，这样的程序没有足够的浪漫，例如玫瑰花瓣，熏香等。:) 总结一下：地方很漂亮，但服务毁了一切，店主应该考虑一下，服务是面子的建立！目前尚不清楚他们支付了什么费用以及人们为何返回那里？ :(
Wagenkull 有一个很棒的网站和一个很好的公关部门，但现实却跟不上。门厅、走廊和房间都是霉味和黑暗，地毯和浴室都破旧了，水疗中心在拱形地窖里，又发霉又黑暗，一个新的水疗中心正在建设中，也许到时候情况会好起来，备受好评的餐厅给我们的印象是大规模加工和不友好的工作人员，还有一个额外的优点是美丽的花园和外观。
房间布置得很好，餐厅和早餐都不错，但前台的热情和友善还需要再练习，根本不存在。另一方面，餐厅的工作人员很努力而且很友好。价格，尤其是饮料的价格，上涨了。厨房的排气扇和早上 6:00 吵闹的发电机发电，使房间质量明显下降。毫无所谓的豪华问题，所谓的酒吧大部分位于地下，空间狭小，人满为患，对幸福感没有任何帮助。
