特大号床套房的沙发床没有床上用品，我们不得不打电话到前台去拿，然后自己铺床。
泳池开放时间是早上7点到晚上11点。但我们被告知泳池要到第二天凌晨1点才开放，因为孩子们想去游泳。
早餐非常美味，热腾腾的，新鲜可口。
我们被安排到一间没有冷水的房间，马桶把手也坏了。冲水要掀开马桶盖，冰箱是温的，结果又被扣了房费。前台小姐很友好，第二天帮我们换了一间房，但第二天又被扣了房费。所有钱都退了，但我要求退至少一晚的房费，经理一直没回复我，所以我想我应该得不到退款了。
我对这家 Americinn 酒店非常失望，我住过的其他 Americinn 酒店条件都好得多，员工也好得多，但温德姆酒店除外
不得不用微波炉加热“热”早餐。酒店洗手液卖完了，我去马路对面买洗手液。
这是在一个由于洪水而无法到达的地方预订的。
淋浴间的水龙头几乎打不开。
