Property is clean and stuff are friendly. Meet all amenities like restaurant coffee shops and shopping very good. Family friendly. I will stay every time when I am in madinah

It was convenient from all amenities but the main issue was we paid for extra money with breakfast but they said we never offer breakfast so it's a rip off from ******* 2 days breakfast they charged us and other thing is we stayed only one day so i should get refund from ******* for 2 days breakfast plus 1 day stay.

The Delights Inn is a perfectly fine hotel in Medina. Our mistake was that we forgot to turn on the hot water, so we ended up with cold showers. We don't understand why they do not leave them on if they know that the rooms are occupied. The first room that we were shown smelled of cigarette smoke - so be sure to stress that you want a no-smoking room when you make a reservation. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom had very little space for toiletries and the toilet was very close to the sink - so be careful with your legs. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, even though the hotel is on the main road. The breakfast was "ok." Limited options - but great orange juice!

The room was small, however it was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet was adequate. The area doesn't have anything to offer, so this hotel seems best suited for business travelers.
