My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was uncomfortably cold, and adjusting the temperature didn’t seem to help. On top of that, the front desk attendant was not very friendly, which made the experience less welcoming than I had hoped. Additionally, the kitchenette sink in my room was leaking, which was inconvenient and should have been addressed before guest arrival.

Overall, the stay didn’t meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel improves both its room maintenance and customer service in the future.

Room was nice, however there was some sort of raised spot on the bedspread. It looked like a bloody booger. We took it off the bed and used the bag of blanket/sheet meant for the sofa bed. The blanket had a big hole in it. The sofa itself was saggy and worn looking. We did not use it. The walls are paper thin. Heard kids running down the hall late night/early morning. The sliding pocket door to the bathroom did not close properly. Couldn't lock it/could see through the crack. Don't need to see people using the toilet.

Yes the room was clean, the staff very helpful, and i had everything i needed. The indoor pool was a great way to relax , was clean and had a shower with plenty of towels.

Have stayed at this property before and the second time there did not disappoint. Staff was extremely attentive and the handicap room was very spacious and wonderful

Homes 2 suites usually has more amenities.

Staff at the location are nice and helpful, but the property needs thorough check-up of dusting, tiles need to be washed rather then moped.

Mattress was not comfortable at all.
