It was ok. Room was damp smelly. Couldn’t sleep first night. Second day I had to spray all over the room. Carpet was dirty.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Hair dryer doesn’t work. They advertised that they have stovetop, but no stove. False description. I booked one bedroom suite with the kitchen Everything was ok. It’s not excellent but it’s good 😊

Theres a lot of walkable restaurant opcion.The room was clean but we have a issue with the toilet mal function thevvery first day and the reception guy didn't help us. (We just find a plunge in front of our room. Except for that person all staff was very-friendly. Air conditioner was perfect .

There was alot of mold in bathroom on the ceiling. Had to ask for towels for 2 days and grabbing them myself because the house keeper didn't have any of the bath size and unfortunately already took the used ones already.

Stay

Room was big and had convience of home. But refrigetator was making noise all night. Kids were running the hallways, and people upstairs were making noise every night.

Well our trip to this hotel started off ok. We were able to check in early (which was amazing). My toddler got to experience the pool until the front staff came into the pool area and told us our toddler was screaming too much (be mindful there was other kids in the pool). That left a bad taste in our mouth so we left. We went to the beach instead and my toddler really enjoyed that. We got back to the room and got ready for bed until my wife woke me up complaining of itching. We turn the lights on to see several bed bugs crawling on the bed! She was bitten several times. We alerted the front desk immediately and we decided it was best just to leave and go back home. The front desk informed us that we will be receiving a call from a manager in the morning. Well it was 1300 and still no call so we decided to call ourselves and the manager was not available. She eventually called us back about an hour later. She advised that they need to call a specialist to check the room and confirm the presence of the bed bugs. We advised her that we have pictures and videos of them crawling on the bed. She explained that he had to still complete her process which was understandable. She advised that we will be receiving a phone call later this week with the update on how they will approach this. But as of writing this, we are still in limp mode until their investigation is done. Definitely not a great way to wake up in the middle of the night. And not to mention driving home at 2am.

We had a good time here, clean hotel, friendly staff, and great breakfast. The only thing, that could have been better was refilling the hand soap in the rooms when empty. Very family oriented place to stay.
