Matt at the front desk was very friendly, had no issue accommodating a last-minute (11pm) online booking and taking care of a room issue. Great service!
Even for a value hotel, I feel the rooms could have been cleaner. For example, there were some brown spots on my toilet bowl rim, always unpleasant to see. Also, the system gave me a room that appeared to be undergoing renovation. I wish this didn't happen. Fortunately, Matt resolved it swiftly.
Everything else is as expected for a value-oriented hotel. Amenities are dated but fully functional. My room had working AC, microwave, fridge, TV, small coffee maker. Decor is plain, but that is to be expected. Price is budget-friendly.

As stated we are going through some renovations and would like to apologize for the lack of communication between our staff. Since this incident we've implemented certain procedures to insure this doesn't happen again.

Hotel is old but room and restroom are clean. Staffs are friendly. Free breakfast has good variety. The waffle was delicious.

I could smell the stale cigarettes of the past decades. Ultimately, it was a great place for the price and convenience. I’d stay there again.

Room had been cleaned but the a/c was dusty and made the room musty. Area a bit sketchy but didn’t really feel unsafe. Dennys within a 2 minute walk. Older facility with parking under, which made good shade, but no elevator. Wouldn’t have picked this site for that reason if we had seen that in the info, as stairs are an issue for us. But the staff - we met several— were friendly and helpful.

Run down but comfortable nights sleep
It was a quick one night stay on our way through. It was old and run down but the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. The staff was really nice.

The area is safe.
You get what you pay for overall this day was better than my most recent $600 hotel

房间不大，这个地方价格比较贵，1个人出差这个房间可以，如果是2张床就小了，可能2张床的房间大一些吧 这次没有住，不知道！有个抱怨：WiFi信号好差，还好只住1晚！！！！！
