Staff was less than friendly. Both elevators were broken so stairs were the only option. Bought a sandwich from the lobby that was frozen solid. Ceiling was peeling in my bathroom and the vent and door hinges were rusty in the bath as well. Cable tv was out so no TV. I will avoid this brand going forward.

The elevator was broken most of the time for my stay and I actually got stuck in it for a few minutes. I was on the third floor.

I had a 4th floor room and there was no working elevator! I'm a senior so 4 floors with luggage is difficult. Then there was a fire alarm at 1 am calling for another trip up and down 4 flights of stairs. Not having an elevator and being on the 4th floor made the stay miserable.

Shortly after midnight the fire alarm was set off and woke us up. It went off for 5-10 minutes. It was extremely loud. The elevator was broken and had to take 4 flights of stairs. Was not alerted until arrival time at 10pm, if I would have known of this beforehand I could have had time to find another hotel but I was tired and ready to rest.

Bathroom had visible trash on floor. Drains were practically clogged and barely drained. Room looked as if It had not been vacuumed. Room smelled very stale.
