Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!

Late at night a group of kids attempted to open my room door and knocked on my door. The kids wanted to come in my room and sleep. It was reported that night as well as the next morning. The front desk told me this happens at the hotel. Random outside kids walk into the hotel. I didn’t feel safe knowing anyone can walk into the facility late at night. Everything else in the hotel was good.

We enjoyed our staff from our spacious & clean room to the excellent amenities and walk ability to restaurants and shopping!

这个地方非常脏，如果你带着孩子去的话，我不建议你去，这里气味非常难闻，工作人员告诉我，有些客人带着狗和猫在酒店住了 3 年多，他们不喜欢清洁服务，所以才会有难闻的气味，要小心，如果你带着婴儿去，床和沙发床的状况很差。
我去办理入住手续时，没有人接待我，为我办理入住手续的女士更担心下班时间，担心有人接替她。他们告诉我，我必须等待，因为没有准备好房间。幸运的是，另一位工作人员过来确认有准备好的房间。我们刚到房间时，房间看起来有点脏，好像没有吸尘或擦拭过，暖气通风口里有残留的食物，好像有一整块饼干放在通风口里。沙发上到处都是污渍，折叠沙发的毯子和床单上都有污渍，就像是真正的食物污渍。当我女儿去洗澡时，她在进入之前就注意到浴缸周围有一圈棕色污渍。感觉好像房间是匆忙打扫的。这不是最好的体验。我之所以选择这家酒店，是因为我们之前住过这里，我没有什么可抱怨的，但这次有点令人不快。
