Great staff, friendly check in and service, small bar open late if you fancy a beer or glass of something after a long trip. Room was pleasantly warm on arrival; many motels can be too cold or too hot and stuffy. Easy parking. Very good location for a late stop on a road trip heading West. Breakfast was ok, good coffee machine and basic buffet style but over priced.

Worth a visit
Was really suprised how excellent my stay was. The snack menu saved me as i was so hungy by the time i checked in late evebing the pizza, well honestly was amazibg and the chocolate fudge cake omg to die for. Drink at the bar were honestly a really decebt price and sleep was amazing. Coculdnt ask for better.

We loved the rooms and bar area
We hated the food only eat there first night because of it .
The evening menu looked good but we couldnt eat it
The green beans were rock harf as were the peas.
The pie wasnt any better rock hard and we couldnt eat it.
This ment that for tge rest of our stay we eat out in the evenings.
The breskfast was ok though which was nice

Professional staff very helpful specifically Carlos thank you overall nice place quite clean
我周五晚上11点左右抵达酒店。前台的一位工作人员让我付款，我第一次刷卡时，他说没成功，让我再刷一次，我就照做了。结果第一次其实已经成功了，是他搞错了。这完全是他的过失，因为我绝不可能故意付两次钱。我周日打电话给他们，接电话的人说他不知道怎么处理这种情况，让我周一再打。我转而发了邮件，他们甚至没有道歉，只是问我要银行卡后四位进行核对，好像我会撒谎一样。目前我仍在等待退款。我对他们的服务和态度非常失望。这么小的酒店，床还那么窄，员工也糟糕透顶。如果可以的话，请避开这家酒店！！！
宜必思马什米尔斯酒店
酒店不错，不过我觉得马什米尔斯的位置有点偏🤔
实际上还要再开车30分钟……🙄

我们付了早餐费，知道我们两个人，结果吃早餐时被告知需要额外付费，这让我们很失望，毕竟我们早餐要付23英镑，真是太糟糕了。
值得庆幸的是，他们确实退还了早餐费。
