I simply cannot say enough about our experience at Whispering Pines B & B! This is our favorite B & B in Nebraska. The rooms are lovely and provide such a comfortable night's sleep. The food is AMAZING & the host is delightful! My favorite space is sitting on the wrap around porch in the morning. You feel as though you are in the country! There is lots to do in Nebraska City, pick your own fruit at two different Orchards, wine/hard cider tasting, tree adventure for the kids and visit the Arbor Lodge Historic State Park. I highly recommend checking out the Arbor Lodge Mansion for history on J. Sterling Morton1

Quaint bed and breakfast. Host was great. Wonderful breakfast and wine and beer available in the evening for purchase. We would stay again. Wonderful porch and garden for relaxing in the evening.

Whispering Pines is a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the most lovely scenery. Jeanna, the owner is an incredible, talented woman. My wife and I stayed in the barn, and we absolutely loved it. Our breakfast was simply divine. We had fresh fruit, pancakes covered with fresh peaches, and sausage. This is our second time staying here, and we’ve already booked our next stay.

Whispering Pines never disappoints!! Jeanna is the best hostess and has the most delicious breakfasts!! We sat in peaceful ambiance under the canopy of the enormous trees, enjoyed the hot tub, and burrowed down in luxurious sheets at bedtime. Thank you, Whispering Pines!!

Deb was an outstanding hostess! She went over and above to make our visit pleasant. The food was so delicious! My friends and I had the Rose Room and the Travelers Room which were perfect for our stay and the beds were super comfortable. The porch was so pleasant to sit and visit, and despite the heat, we enjoyed the nice breezes. We can’t say enough about Deb’s hospitality and we hope to visit again.

Awesome food, beautiful accommodations grounds, and friendly helpful host. Bedding was so comfy I have ordered for myself. Breakfast on the patio was wonderful. It was large enough that we were able to visit with other guests, but we all had our own space if we preferred to be more private

The owner offered a wonderful menu to choose our celebratory meal for 8, including wine & cocktails. We settled comfortably on the expansive deck, visiting & laughing together better than a busy dining establishment would have provided. Consider this spot for future corporate retreats. The location is close to both Omaha and Kansas City metros.

Whispering pines is our favorite quick escape. We have been going here at least once a year for the last several years. We love it so much we even had our wedding here. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hot tub is great! Jeanna is a great host and an amazing chef! We are looking forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at Whispering Pines! We brought our pups, so we stayed in "The Roost," the pet friendly barn. It was great! Quiet, comfortable, and clean. At the house, we gathered with siblings for a yearly reunion. We had the most delicious breakfasts both mornings, and we were glad we also opted to have Jeanna cook dinner for us our first evening. It was wonderful! Our dogs wanted me to add that they appreciated the treats Jeanna made for them, too. We had such a good weekend!

On our way back from our trips to Colorado, our only overnight stop is at Jeanna's Whispering Pines B&B. It is like home away from home, only better as we get all of the amenities without the work! Throw in the great fresh breakfast, various snacks, terrific grounds and Jeanna herself, you end up with one great experience. She even had connections at a local auto repair shop and a Lincon Subaru dealership that allowed our vehicle to be repaired the same day without an appointment and on our way. Thanks again, Jeanna, for another wounderful stay. See you soon.
