This place is terrible, from the moment you approach entrance the glass of the door is cracked. When you come in the odor is terrible is a mix of **** and humidity. We had reserved around 8 rooms for our kids soccer tournament and all ended up cancelling & leaving. The room had roaches, the sofa bed didn't have mattress, under the sofa bed there were pigeon feathers. The only positive comment i have is for the front desk clerk Debbie who was super nice, attentive and understanding.

Overall the hotel is located in a convenient área but needs to improves like invest in the rooms. Rooms are outdated, there were other people’s hair in the bathtub when I first got in. The smoke detector had a non-stop beeping like it had a dead battery. I had a late check in due to other circumstances so it took a while to complete check in while waiting outside the property. I mean for the cost I couldn’t expect more but they could do better.
