We arrived after midnight , yet there was a welcome note , easy check-in, tour maps, books and brochures, a reminder for our breakfast. We couldn’t resist walking outside under the black sky sparkling with the rising moon and shooting stars! Back inside we had a big comfy bed, with 2 windows facing the golden hills - all that we needed. In the morning, I had a short walk - the air was cool. I watched the humming birds and said hello to the cats and chickens. We enjoyed eggs benedict and lattes before we went off hiking in Bryce Canyon. We returned in late afternoon to cups of tea and reading in the big leather chairs near the balcony. Later we walked to Stone Hearth Grille for a sunset dinner. We saw deer and jackrabbits along the way. Bryce Trails Inn exceeded our expectations and we are thinking of returning in the winter months.

Such a great place to stay! Setting is beautiful with cute chickens and cats that roam the property and very convenient to town and Bryce, etc. When I checked in, I mentioned I have a dairy allergy and I was touched that the owner provided dairy free yogurt and breakfast. The food was tasty and the owner made everyone feel right at home with a tasty home cooked breakfast (with local eggs I’m sure!). Room was tidy and specious with a nice jacuzzi tub and a nice seating area that had gorgeous natural light and views of the surrounding area. 5 stars!

千万别在这里预订！！！我们几个月前就预订了这家民宿（而且预付了！），之后收到了Edgar发来的几封邮件，邮件里有很多实用的回复，告诉我们预计的住宿安排。在我们计划抵达的那天，我们收到了像往常一样的欢迎邮件。可惜的是，我们到的时候，门都锁上了，按门铃也没人应。我们拨打了邮件里（当天就发了！）的电话号码，对方质问我们是怎么拿到这个号码的，随后给出的信息自相矛盾，也没人帮忙。之后我们又试着拨打网站上的主要号码，结果断线了。之前友好的“Edgar”没有回复邮件，我们只好另寻住处。看来，这家民宿的老板在预订房间，然后偷钱。

千万别预订这里。这地方以前看起来不错，但房主正在办理离婚，不再经营了。房主仍在线上接待客人并收取房费，但已经搬走了，他的电话号码也打不通了。他的前妻住在这栋房子里，但她说她没有拿到工资，所以不再管理这家民宿了。她没有给我们钥匙，还说民宿已经关门了，预订应该取消，但实际上并没有。我们不得不另寻住处，而且无法退款。
对我们的体验不满意。抵达后，我们被告知没有早餐。虽然经过多次电话和短信后，他们提供了退款，但我们被告知不会退款。更专业的做法是从他们的网站上删除早餐优惠，并通知所有预订的人这一变化。非常不专业。我们的房间足够干净，但前面有一辆废弃的半挂卡车和拖车，墙壁和天花板薄如纸，后面还有鸡（我有点喜欢！）。如果我们知道没有早餐，我们就不会在这里预订。
我和妻子玩得很开心。房间很大，有沙发、摇椅和舒适的大床。早餐很新鲜/美味，早上 8:00 供应。能够结识其他旅客。开车不远即可到达布莱斯峡谷。该地区有 AT&T 的快速 5G 和 wifi。我们强烈推荐 👍🌈🎉❤️
我们参观布莱斯国家公园和埃斯卡兰特大阶梯时在这里住了两晚。琳恩非常乐于助人，为我们指出了该地区的小径。她的早餐是我们旅行中吃过的最好的。没有独立控制的空调有点奇怪，但我们住得舒服。
