Overall stay was good, airport shuttle was extremely convenient. It is not an ideal location if you wish to sight-see or travel around without a rental car. Lyft and Uber were cheap if you stayed within a couple miles, but ride prices raised exponentially once you went past 3 miles. There is a bus stop across the street from hotel, but buses ran late and transfer station is right next to the work release center in a sketch area.
Breakfast was fine enough, definitely greasy and you can’t expect carb free options every day.
Bathroom amenities were provided, but not fully stocked in room, and was necessary to request more for 2 people during a 2 night stay.
Staff was very nice, shuttle driver was welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast dining area is spacious, clean and well maintained, but breakfast buffet area is a little tight, especially during peak breakfast hours.
Hot water and shower pressure were wonderful in evening, but absolutely terrible in the morning hours 7-11.

Iron board broke. Continuous loud noise in bathroom.dislike coffee in bedrooom. Wish go back to scrambled eggs fir breakfast instead of omeleys thay taste like rubber

Wifi was down for several days and no one told me until way later. I would have stayed somewhere else if they had been honest.

The staff was great but during our stay we did not have cable or hot water. The ac didn’t cool very good.

I stayed here 3 nights due to a work conference be g on site. Day one, the water in the shower was lukewarm, but I was in a hurry and did not think much about it. Morning 2, the shower was ice cold. I went down to the front desk and they said they were having issues with the water. I asked to be moved to a different room. I spent the lunch break of the conference moving to another room, a room they insisted they had checked the water. Morning 3, cold shower again and the tv no li get worked in the room. Went back down to the front desk and was given no answer other than “I am sorry we are having water problems.” Absolutely did not care or offer any solution. Do not stay here. The front desk Antonio was of no help and the manager was not on site, ever.

No warm water
The room was clean, but I had no hot water to shower at night, the air vent in the bathroom was super loud and I couldn’t sleep. Also my room was right against the elevator shaft which kept me up too….. Other than that it’s a great hotel.
