I asked for attached rooms. Didnt get that and honestly i was ok with it, my famimy was only a few doors down. One room had no hot water. They knew we didnt but until we brought it to their attention did they tell us to run the sink, tub and flush the toilet a few times to get the hot water to the room. Holes in the ceiling where they were doing work on the building. One of the hot water heaters leaked all over the place. One room didnt even have hand soap. The beds were really hard and most of us woke up with back pain. Pool was down due to contruction. Water pressure was so low, it was hard to get the sand out of areas sand shouldnt be and made it hard to wash. The toilet had to be flushed more than once because the water level was so low. While all were things i could look past because i understand things happen, the fact that it all happened in one stay kinda ruined the stay as a whole. We decided to stay in town another night and checked into a diffrent hotel.

There was no hot water for my entire stay. Employees were not helpful. I will not stay at this property again. I will contact the corporate office today to informed the management of the details of my stay. Very disappointed with this property.

Staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was very prompt. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower instead of a tub combo much easier to get in and out of. The water pressure was great. Very quiet for a great night's sleep before heading out on an early morning flight. Highly recommend.

everything was fine with our stay only thing I was not happy with was the globs of hair in the shower and towels that were dirty. fortunately someone came to clean the shower quickly after being notified

We have to change rooms three times. The first room the air conditioning wasn't working. The second room no hot water. We had to take a shower in ice cold water. The three room was great the water were warm in there. We had to take a shower at 4:00 am so we can have warm water. Overall our stay was a 4 out of 10.

Love staying here before a major trip. Staff is friendly, beds are good. Parking is a big perk!
