When we checked in James was fabulous and very informative. We stayed 4 nights and throughout or visit both James and Patricia were helpful with suggestions of great places to eat and visit. Very clean and a value at a great location

Clean, quiet, older hotel with minor issues and repairs needed but kind, receptive staff. Hard working cleaning staff does a great job with keeping sand to a minimum in the lobby. Nice restaurants in easy walking distance (Red Fish, Blue Fish; Crabs; Shrimp Basket; Piazza Pizza; and and ice cream place as well as other shops) We parked and did not move our car. Walking distance to beach center (the beach ball) and pier. Daily breakfast, 6pm cookies. My favorite was pool hopping… we liked Fairmont and Holiday Inn pools with our arm bands… swings, hammocks, bars, chairs, restaurants, fire pits, floats, and pirate ship. The waves were huge and clear emerald. Fast beach access/ right on the beach. $15 to self park, press button to talk to staff on arrival to let u in gate.

Nice hotel with beautiful Caribbean Views, white sand beachs, and lots of choices for eating nearby. The staff were outstanding and the room was both comfortable and clean.

First of all you have to pay for parking! PAY to park in their parking lot. That's absurd to me. Room service is every other day. I stayed for 5 days. I literally had garbage over flowing and no clean towels/wash cloths. They did NOT even come to switch out the towels. I checked in with a family of 5. There was only 3 towels/washcloths so I had to request more on the first day. The breakfast was just ok. It was different every morning. Pool area was nice and small which was good for us. And the fact that you could access the other properties pool area was nice as well.

Bedbugs in Room 456. Room was clean and view was spectacular however when the lights went out the bugs came out. Wasn’t even offered another room and slept in car until manager arrived at 8 the next morning. Was offered free parking and 10K points on my member rewards because their engineer and Orkin didn’t see signs of bugs the next morning. Really? Ok. Will go back to Airbnb or VRBO for future stays. Didn’t even receive a call or email from Hampton after requesting one. I’m not a priority so I will definitely try Marriott or Hyatt rewards from now on. I work too hard to not enjoy my vacations. Especially when the room cost $325/night.

日出日落美景，入住舒适
这是一次非常好的旅行。喜欢附近的氛围，所以现场改了入住海景房，是个不错的选择。这是一个独特且非常美丽的天空，在那里你可以看到日出和日落。住一晚真是太遗憾了，因为它就在海滩前面。下次我想去游泳。^^
