The concierge on duty was amazing. I've never checked into a Holliday in and had that experience. We stayed there to eat in the Orlando Chinatown and shop on our way back from Ocala and he knew the best or the authentic Chinese restaurants. He was engaging and helpful.

The front staff was so friendly at my 11:00pm check in! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean. 10/10

我入住时浴室很脏，床单上有污渍，客房经理态度很差，说这只是一家三星级酒店，这是我的预期。当时没有值班经理可以联系。
