We received high recommendations for this property; however, our room had a black substance covering various surfaces. The bathroom was in a filthy condition, with a dirt ring around the tub and built-up grime in the corners. Additionally, the sink had dirt scattered across it. I spoke to the manager, and the room was cleaned the next morning since we checked in at 3:06 AM. We provided photos of the room and our findings to the manager.
On the second night, the room lost power; the lights over the bed and the nightstand outlet stopped working. We had to wait until the next day for maintenance to address the issue. We are now waiting for management to provide some form of compensation for the inconveniences we experienced over the weekend.
