The room was partially clean. My wife and I actually went to Walmart and bought some cleaning supplies. The bathroom door had to be forcibly shut. I had to shut it for my wife every time because she could not. The towel hook behind the door fell off and hit me on the arm. I was very disappointed with my stay. I am a huge fan of the Embassy suites and the Hilton brand as a whole. It may be time to look for another hotel for my travels.

The front desk personnel could not find my reservation although I had a confirmation number from ******* and my card was charged for the room I booked. After 15 min of looking in their system the desk attendant says oh I see what happened you were booked a room that is not available that is why I could not find you. They had another room available the hotel put us in which was only one king bed and not a room with 2 double beds. I had already paid so this room I was stuck with since it was the middle of the night like 1am my friend and I don’t know the area we were going on a cruise the next day and we were bone tired from traveling all day. How can it be allowed for a third party like ******* confirm rooms that are not available. The embassy suites should have some responsibility in not allowing bookings that are unavailable. Had I known a room was not available I would have made different travel plans. I spoke with the front desk and a manager on the poor treatment and they did not care at all. If no rooms had been available I would have had no where to stay even though the money for the room I booked and already been taken out of my account. I have never been treated so poorly especially prepaying for a room and being far away from home.

I was not aware of the $25 parking fee. I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times and never been charged a parking fee before. Both people at the front desk who checked me in never mentioned it.
酒店附近有很多商店和餐厅,离海滩也只有10分钟路程!房间很宽敞,棒极了!!还配有冰箱和微波炉。
