Well, we got a king suite and the shower and the sink clogged, so bad that the shower flooded the bathroom. We let the front desk clerk know. And all she wanted to do for us was move us rooms at 10 PM when we had to be up at 4 AM. The next morning, she was not willing to comp our stay or give us a free stay in the future. Which is a shame because we are there and Panama City every 3 to four weeks visiting someone that's incarcerated. She was not very nice and I have an eight year old, and he had toys from the front of the room.All the way to the back of the room, and we had to at eleven p m load up all of our stuff pack it all up just to move rooms.Just to take a shower, we believe that it's absolutely ridiculous.That that is all that could be done for us.And we are very unhappy with hilton.However, the bartender or the restaurant girl that worked upfront was very nice and was very friendly with my son, and he absolutely adores her.And loves seeing her every time we come.But unfortunately, I don't know that we will ever stay at a hilton again unless we are provided with something for the horrible time that we had having to switch rooms that flo She was not very nice and I have an 8-year-old, and he had toys from the front of the room. All the way to the back of the room, and we had to at 11 PM load up all of our stuff pack it all up just to move rooms. Just to take a shower, we believe that it's absolutely ridiculous. I booked hotel with shuttle close to airport but my reservation was for the same hotel but it's location was 30 minutes from airport. Had to pay for transportation to other hotel. When I reserved room it said all fees included but I ended up paying a $50 amenities fee. Not a resort fee.

There are two Hilton Garden Inn locations in Panama City, one is next to the airport with a shuttle and our hotel, is not near the airport and does not offer shuttle service. The $50 incidental fee is standard at most hotels and falls off if you do not purchase anything to your room. We're sorry for the confusion while you were booking your reservation.

Very nice and quiet place ' but another client ruined our afternoon we were bathing and she started screaming 'I didn't want swimsuits in the pool, really something so absurd and ridiculous' the rest all good.

The cleaning service was LESS than par. As we were exiting room for the day, the cleaning staff asked if my room needed cleaning. I responded yes. When I returned room had NOT been cleaned. When I called front desk for cleaning I was told that cleaning staff was gone for the day. Unacceptable!!

Never again!
Overall bad experience. Hilton hotels have degraded. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Found little trash between the couch. Found soneones glasses in the room. The restaurant was good- bartender/server DEBY was awesome!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The mattress on the king bed was a bit stiff and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.
