A nice wintersports hotel close to the railway and ski slopes, has equipment rental and restaurant. Had a very small but clean room for a reasonable (for Scandinavian stads) price.

I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of this skiing resort. After missing a lesson due to a misunderstanding about the location, I tried to reschedule and was met with utter disregard for my needs as a paying customer. Not only did the instructor fail to respond to my messages and ghost me, but the resort also falsified the facts in their response to my inquiries. Even after providing chat transcripts that supported my claims, they continued to ignore me and refused to offer any kind of refund. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this resort is unacceptable. It felt like a fraudulent tourist trap, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. To pay $100 and receive nothing in return, not even a partial refund, is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing business with this resort. Their poor service and lack of concern for their customers are a disgrace, and I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others who may be considering using their services.

优点:舒适的酒店,距离滑雪缆车仅几百米。可欣赏到美丽的冰封湖景。房间干净,床铺舒适,早餐种类丰富。Lapplandia 餐厅品质上乘,食物美味,服务周到。滑雪用品店服务也不错。缺点:标准间非常小(我们预订了套房,非常庆幸)。由于疫情原因,客房清洁服务暂停(疫情持续两年,我觉得这个理由有点牵强)。房间内 Wi-Fi 信号不好,但公共区域信号良好。Riksgransen 不太适合高山滑雪,更适合野雪滑行。如果想体验高山滑雪,建议前往 30 公里外的 Bjorkliden。
