The property was amazing! It was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was great! The only thing I didn’t like was the noises outside. My family and I aren’t use to that so it was hard to sleep but overall this property was amazing!

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Updated, beautiful room, clean and centrally located for a reasonable price! The front staff is friendly and inviting. We will absolutely book again when in KC!

Great property! Best blackout shades I’ve ever had in my life! Friendly staff. I wish the room would have included glassware for drinks instead of just paper cups. Located close to tons of restaurants and close to streetcar line.

酒店房间本身还不错，酒吧/餐厅区域看起来还行，房间也不错，可能有点过时了。现在：
1. 我走进去时，看到代客泊车员正在喝啤酒，大概是在值班的时候。这不太好。
2. 停车非常不方便，而且停车费很贵。其他顾客也对此感到不满。入住后，如果需要用车，您无法轻松取车，所以您必须完全卸下行李。您必须请代客泊车服务。如果您打算在皇冠中心附近出差，请先卸下行李，否则您将不得不像在度假村那样打电话给代客泊车服务人员来取车。工作人员有点困惑，不知道停车的必要细节，他们需要改进停车场的宣传方式。
3. 步行范围内餐厅不多，但大堂里的食物选择糟糕透了。前台的小伙子建议我去附近的Dollar General买些微波炉加热的东西。这个问题其实可以解决，只是他们懒得去修。
4. 该地区有两家英迪格酒店，彼此相隔几个街区，所以一定要留意你住的那家。如果你只是让手机带你去酒店，你就得自己付费停车，然后才能进酒店，结果却发现你浪费了45分钟的时间和5美元的停车费。
