Great location. Awesome staff. Very nice room, bar, everything! About 3 blocks to Union Station, WW1 museum, Green Lady. Great dining room. Very highly recommended!

Great location and friendly staff, the room was large and clean! Loved being able to control the blinds remotely and the addition of the blackout curtains made our stay even better!

酒店房间本身还不错，酒吧/餐厅区域看起来还行，房间也不错，可能有点过时了。现在：
1. 我走进去时，看到代客泊车员正在喝啤酒，大概是在值班的时候。这不太好。
2. 停车非常不方便，而且停车费很贵。其他顾客也对此感到不满。入住后，如果需要用车，您无法轻松取车，所以您必须完全卸下行李。您必须请代客泊车服务。如果您打算在皇冠中心附近出差，请先卸下行李，否则您将不得不像在度假村那样打电话给代客泊车服务人员来取车。工作人员有点困惑，不知道停车的必要细节，他们需要改进停车场的宣传方式。
3. 步行范围内餐厅不多，但大堂里的食物选择糟糕透了。前台的小伙子建议我去附近的Dollar General买些微波炉加热的东西。这个问题其实可以解决，只是他们懒得去修。
