They held a 50 charge on me my card that supposed to be refunded. They took the money and did not refund money even after repeated calls. Finally I had to open a claim with my bank .

Overall Good! Poor water pressure in shower!
Overall experience was very good with the only negative issue being the very poor water pressure especially in the shower!

Room smelled like cigarettes. Broken tiles tjat shifted when you got off elevator on 3rd floor. Room did not get very cold at lowest temp.

We had fleas in our room and when we told the staff they did NOTHING! We have bite marks all over our feet and legs from them and could not leave fast enough…. Just horrible!

Fast and easy check-in, within walking distance to a couple of eating places! Only negative review I have, is they didn't have a pool!
