酒店回复: Dear Sir, We tried to reach out to you on Saturday, unfortunately there was no answer or voicemail. The room that you booked via the 3rd party website was a handicap accessible room. When you approached the front desk, 30 minutes after checking in, she offered you a complimentary upgrade to move you out of the handicap room, which you declined. When the agent asked why you were checking out, you declined to give her a definitive answer. After careful review of the camera footage and time stamps on the reservation, the room was occupied by you for 45 minutes. The bed and the bathroom were both used which renders that room unsellable on the Valentines Day holiday. Because of these discoveries, we are unable to offer a refund for the night of Feb. 14th. We refunded the 2nd night and you can collect that via the 3rd party booking site.

The area around the hotel is fine with a diner within walking distance. Very convenient location to Beacon, and highway I-84. Hotel's conditions are excellent and clean.

Room was clean. Excellent location. Pool was well- maintained (although the hours were shortened on-site but not updated on the web). The blackout curtains were broken and did not close entirely, which limited our privacy. But the most important bit of feedback is that the interior doors that linked rooms had gaps under them and it was very easy to hear all the next door noises. Our neighbor relieved his phlegmy throat frequently (like, audible sounds of gathering spit and spitting happening every few minutes for over two hours). It sounded as though he was in the same room as us. A towel under the door helped dampen the noise a bit. Maybe some draft guards would be worthwhile investments. I realize this isn't the fault of the hotel or staff, per se, but would have appreciated a quieter and more private stay.
