I’m military and my mother passed and I was up for her funeral. They put me in the best room in the hotel on the top floor!

We came in with two cars. One was able to park at your hotel. The front desk staff recommended the Harrison Street garage for the other. Please recognize that some of us are older and technology does not come easy to some of us. A little more help explaining/help on how that works would be much appreciated. At checkout I had a question about if I needed to do anything when I leave the Harrison garage. I was told, “that’s a public garage, I don’t know anything about it”. If you are going to recommend a place for additional parking it would be really nice if your front desk knows how it works. I was quite taken aback at how rude this woman was. If she didn’t know she could at least be nice.
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.

I will encourage staff to be more understanding and provide them with further education on using the Harrison Street parking garage. When properly explained, it is a great alternative garage for guests to use when ours fills up. Breakfast not starting earlier put a damper on our morning as we were headed out for softball and then had that as an added expense that we weren’t planning on. Also parking lot was full and had to use parking lot couple blocks away.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety and quality.
The view from the 11th floor was stunning. I felt very safe and had a great time walking to all the restaurants and attractions I wanted to see.

酒店房间宽大敞亮，离市中心隔一两条街，不远 也很安全，早餐挺好够用，总体挺满意的。
酒店位置还不错，去downtown和学校比较方便。
房间宽敞整洁，但空调声音有点响。
早餐品种不太多。
前台和服务员友好，打扫是隔天做，不是每天。
