We traveled with our pet and they were very accommodating. I was able to request a first floor room close to an exit. My pup needs to go out at night and I am happy to report there was outside security when I went out.

Dee works the late night shift. She was such a pleasant young lady. After a long drive, it was a joy to see Dee’s smiling face.

Solid selection
Marriott Residence Inn is always a solid choice. This location is located in a community called Nexton. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the hotels. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My two concerns: the a/c wasn't working in the hall of the 4th floor and the pillows could have been a bit better.

Blessed and comfortable
We had the best experience here. We were able to check in 1 hr early and were very grateful. We had 3 very tired kids on our hands! Our room was the perfect size for kid activities and for us to not be all on top of each other. Walls had some food stains and the garbage disposal was definitely used prior to use showing, but otherwise we were in luxury. Our only issue happened when our 5 yr old stopped up the toilet. We couldn't find a plunger and maintenance wasn't there so we had to go buy one.

My family and I stayed for a couple nights, but it was a wonderful and comfortable two night stay. Great breakfast, staff was friendly, bed and sofa bed were comfortable. I really like the fact that there was a full kitchen if we needed to cook something with dishes and dishwasher (previous experience at another hotel that had a "kitchen" but no dishes or dish cleaning items). It was a bit of a walk to get to the mobility accessible room and the bathroom door didnt lock (my only complaints really), but really by how comfortably large the bathroom was and wasy for mothter to use and get in and out of. Really great area with plenty of places to shop and eat nearby, and a quiet area to stay in. Will definitely go back next time if I'm in the area.

Fine stay for the weekend
The room was nice, showers had good water pressure. Wished the ice maker worked in the freezer, but I didn't need it as the ice machine downstairs was sufficient. The gym was also nice. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The nighttime check-out supervisor wasn't very friendly.

Untrustworthy staff.
The spirits we hsd on our room was tapered with. I informed the clerk at the front desk, but she stated that she forgot my room number. I will never stay there again.

Bathroom had mold around tub it was gross they did calk the tub but not once clean in the room change sheets. Had to ask for clean towels.
Ran out of toilet paper ask for some never receive my husband had to get it. 4 day stay never again.

Blessed and comfortable
