酒店服务人员很热情,硬件设施也特别好!卫生特别干净,房间感觉很上档次,酒店的早餐也很丰盛!下次来了还住!
房间不太大,但是服务很好,晚上回去开好了夜床,早餐也很好,感觉比w早餐要好,酒店用的洗护用品也是非常好的,一般只有住文华和丽思才有的diptyque有点超预期,中间出了一点插曲就是当天楼上泳池不用使用说有私人活动,但是就找了携程沟通,携程为我补偿了200块现金

房间比较小,摊开两个行李箱,就没什么地方了,刚装修没几年,设施不错,大厅也装得精致有品味,离沙滩近,在沙滩游泳跑步确实是享受,早餐挺好,丰富有营养,不过咖啡不是现磨的。作为价格来说,我3400订的周末房,说实话,位置值一千,周末贵500,剩下就是房间含早餐的钱了
8千多定了两个晚上觉得很值,称得上有品质的五星级酒店,就在巴塞海滩边,海景房,酒店有一楼和顶楼两个室外泳池,装修风格属白色奢侈感,兼用了海洋靓丽的蓝色,工作人员很友好,服务意识超前,因check out时提出浴缸的漏水口有损坏存不住水,作为补偿邀请我们免费去大堂品尝早餐,要32欧一次一人,早上阳光洒进早餐大堂,人流熙熙攘攘的氛围很美好
住了三天第二天就没有纸巾了,一直都不给我放纸巾,浴巾也每天都不舍得换新的。无语😓
这家酒店非常适合那些想享受海滩假期的人,虽然去市中心需要乘坐地铁,但路程也不长。房间非常宽敞,而且每天都打扫。早餐是自助餐形式,所有食物都很新鲜美味。
房间非常好,服务态度非常好,设施非常全面,备品非常全面。沐浴露洗手液是蒂普提克的。服务非常到位。是海边的酒店性价比最高的。海景好看。房间很大。酒店餐厅挺好吃的,品质很好。鸡尾酒口味因人而异。
此次欧洲之行,到目前为止最喜欢的酒店。房间很宽敞,尺度满意。设施新、完善且方便。所有方面都很满意,没有任何槽点。早餐品类丰富食材新鲜,品质很好。服务人员热情、耐心,英语基本没有口音。总之,还是要相信国际酒店集团的审美及品控,确实是品质保障。值得一提的是,他家的一次性牙膏是纸袋里装的,差不多一袋能用两次,非常环保,国内酒店应该学习。
我在巴塞罗那苏菲特船长酒店度过了一段美妙的时光。酒店优雅且位置优越,离海滩和许多城市景点都只有几步之遥。
真正让这次体验变得特别的是前台工作人员热情友好的态度。每个人都非常友善和专业,总是微笑着迎接我们,让我们感觉宾至如归。
