I received an email from the host with accurate check-in information 1 day prior to check in. The breakfast was very minimal with toast being the only hot food offered. The windows in the room opened, allowing a nice breeze. The bed was soft and moderately comfortable. The view of the Sterling streets was nice and the property is within a 15 minute walk of the sterling castle. Be advised of spiral staircases making it difficult to get luggage larger than carry-on size up to the room.

Mediocre at best. Most disappointing stay in our 14day Scotland trip. We did not receive a code to enter building and after 20 minutes we were fortunate someone came to enter. No breakfast included unless you booked directly not through *******. Never came across this before at a bed n breakfast. I would not recommend this highly as there are so many more lovely places to stay.

Nice enough. Was sent check in codes ahead of arrival, and no real problems there although communication from hotel could be a bit better on this, as implied I would get charged extra for arriving after 7pm to check.
Room had an enormous wardrobe located in such a way couldn't open either room door or bathroom door fully. More bizarrely no coathangers in wardrobe, so effectively useless.

Whatever you do... don't book here. Parking is not nearby and free as stated when booking through AAdvantage Hotels. Even though this was pointed out the property refused to refund based on their inaccuracies. I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking here because I can see why there are so many 1 star ratings. Again, parking sucks and don't even try to drive up the road to park in front of the bed and breakfast because there is none and you have to back out the entire way you came. We paid to park to inquire within, but no one would answer the door.

这个地方太酷了。古典风格的装饰，很多骑士，你一定要去那里感受一下他们的骑士气息，前门有一个人高的雕像。住在这里让你感觉像是在中世纪电影里。非常斯特林。没有吃早餐，但餐厅看起来很漂亮
我妻子今天想预订房间，直接联系了房东。房东 Jackie 态度粗鲁，不屑一顾，我妻子非常失望，因为她无法预订房间。我后来打电话给房东，她毫不犹豫地告诉我没有空房，我询问了下一个可预订的日期，她毫不犹豫地告诉我她没有空房，然后挂断了电话。我真的不明白，有了这样的态度，你为什么还要招待客人
一个非常愉快的住宿。舒适、干净，Jackie 非常关注。尽管我们没有及时通知她，她还是给了我们早餐。非常中心，如果我们返回斯特灵，我们将返回这家 B&B。
