住过三家嘉佩乐,这家设计最特别最有意思!每个房间都有自己的主题,帐篷设计内有无数细节。偶尔会遇到一些大蚂蚁,野生动物,如果住在这种野生美景请不要介意这些,好好享受。
喜欢特别体验的可以尝试乌布这家嘉佩乐,在接受所有野外可能出现的弊端的前提下,一切都在预期之上吧,餐食不错,服务不错,现在推荐的活动有阿勇河漂流比之前大家都po的火山日出要轻松和有趣。还包括了下午茶和apero。
只是下雨要注意他们的木质台阶,太滑了但是雨天看客人们又喜欢穿凉鞋和人字拖,男朋友还摔了,还好酒店比较上心给叫了医疗处理,加个不影响美观的防滑条就好了。
下次来乌布还会考虑,不过同类型感觉悦榕逸境还是整体体验好一点。大家可以考虑一起尝试。
在乌布嘉佩乐的体验实在让人失望,槽点多到不吐不快。
首先是服务毫无主动性,从入住到离店,工作人员都显得很被动,不会主动询问需求,连基本的引导和介绍都很敷衍,完全没有匹配品牌该有的服务水准。
其次是消费相关的细节太不合理:结账时遇到不找零钱的情况,本以为会主动抹掉零头,结果既不找零也不抹零,让人觉得很不被尊重;租的摩托车不仅是坏的,骑起来总出小问题,而且还没加满足油,刚开没多久就担心油量不够,体验感极差。
另外,设施和餐饮也没达标:早餐品类少得可怜,选择单一,口味也很普通;泳池不是24小时开放,想在晚上放松游个泳都不行;房间内的泳池还不恒温,水温随天气变化,很多时候水温不合适,根本没法好好使用。
整体来看,无论是服务、设施还是细节把控,都让人非常失望,完全不值这个价格,不推荐大家选择。
超级值得来体验的酒店。非常好玩,就像一个沉浸式探险家体验,酒店所有装饰细节都特别到位,真的完全融入体验到这种探险家在丛林里生活的野奢感。
各个帐篷都超级精致,所有建筑都是帐篷的外观,里面是极其精美奢华符合酒店主题。
中文管家vidi特别特别好,很亲切积极主动帮助住客解决问题。人也很有趣。
巴厘岛之行,最不满意的酒店,嘉佩乐当之无愧。幸亏只预订了一天,全程不是拄着拐杖爬山去晚餐,就是拄着拐杖爬山早餐,上下台阶多到崩溃,虫类生物多到崩溃,半夜噪声影响睡眠,暗黑系的卫生间高低地不平,半夜起床小便摔跤,反馈酒店也觉得很正常,估计经常发生吧。晚餐的主餐烤虾是死虾,不新鲜的口感,半夜拉肚子。2个平米的房间泳池不知道干吗的,预订的河景房,没有河,只有山~总之,非常失望的体验,说是花钱买罪受不为过!
挺有特点的帐篷酒店,坐落在乌布雨林之中,房间整体挺干净的,服务也很好,偶尔还是会有点小虫子在屋里,也避免不了。整体体验还是挺好的,下次还会来。
无可挑剔的一次旅行🧳
酒店控、野奢爱好者必打卡的地方。非常别具一格的环境,一切的一切都一定会带给你新奇的体验!房间是最满意的,非常有特色,泳池很棒。
晚餐品尝了餐厅的omakase,说实话味道和用料都一般,不过环境很好,在那里享受晚餐喝一杯还是很棒的!
总之一切都很完美,是一定会再去的地方!
作为巴厘岛丛林野奢的代表,这家嘉佩乐没有让我失望。雨季来巴厘岛度假,本担心下雨会影响心情,但嘉佩乐独特的帐篷度假屋设计、热带雨林的自然环境、热情的服务、地道的美食让我打消了这些顾虑。雨点打在帐篷上的白噪音,让睡眠更加酣畅,各种热带鸟类的叫声让人感觉真正置身于大自然中。酒店的印尼风味美食,无论是早餐还是正餐,都丰盛、精致、口味地道。酒店员工非常热情,提前加微信了解入住需求,免费的活动也比较丰富。
下午茶不错,洗衣服务也很好;
防虫措施有待加强,免费项目一般;
入住办理和礼宾服务低于预期。
巴厘岛肠胃不适,一碗白粥要20万印尼盾(而在曼达帕酒店是免费的)。
环境很美,服务很好,活动有趣
