SUSAN THE OWNER TOLD ME AS I FINISHED MY FULL SCOTTISH BREAKFAST HAGGIS INCLUDED LOL. HAD A 1 NIGHT STAY FOR WORK AND COULD NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING REALLY. VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. STAROPRAMEN ON TAP (MY FAVOURITE) AND GOOD SELECTION OF WHISKEY. LOTS OF TAKE AWAY RESTAURANTS AND PUBS CLOSE BY.

Very poor, noise very bad from interior and exterior. Staff was one person.
Parking on street. Breakfast was ok but served in a very old dark room.
Would never stsy again.

I said I’d have breakfast at 9 but was up at 7 and it wasn’t a problem. Very accommodating. Nothing was a problem and it was perfect for the reason of my stay. I’d defo stay there again.

Friendly and helpful
Room clean and tidy with ensuite toilet, sink and powerful shower. Kettle and tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided and topped up daily as were the towels. Very nice stay.

Very friendly and helpful hostess who made me feel really welcome. The property is in a back street in an area that looks very run down. As a single female this would have raised concerns for my personal safety had I been out after dark. Plenty of parking to the rear of the property. The decor in many areas looked tired but was fine in my room which was fresh, clean and tidy. A hairdryer would have been a useful addition. No food is served in the evening but the hostess recommended several nearby places. A tasty cooked breakfast was included in the price. Overall, it was fine for a budget overnight stay.

I stayed in the White Hart Hotel for a short break with my brother.
The couple who run it were welcoming and check-in was effortless.
Breakfast had a cooked option in addition to cereal etc. which we opted for.
We each had a room with en suite which were spacious and clean.
There were several places to eat within 10-15 minutes walk.

the whole place needs a revamp carpets worn and faded .paint work on stairs peeling and discoloured . the beds were very comfortable and clean breakfast good proprieter very nice .anyway wouldnt

I finally got a refund, my advice is don’t pay in advance.

AWFUL!
This was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Despite saying there was free Wi-Fi, there was none. However, the worst thing was the ear-shattering noise on Friday and Saturday night. This lasted until between 3am and 4am. There was no warning of this nor apology.
