Staff person at the desk on 11/8 in the evening was super attentive and welcoming, was doing it all last night. Checked us in quickly and with a friendly demeanor around 8pm, then we saw him later doing sound for the band playing in the bar hall a little later, then bar backing as well. Also had to get something for a room all in the middle of this. The five stars are really for him, and the fun atmosphere of the music. Regrettably I can’t remember his name. Room itself is roomy and quiet, comfortable but needs some paint patching for scuffs and marks on the wall, the shampoo bottle was leaking from the bottom, and the door jam needs either a deep cleaning or replacing, lots of black marks/dirt around bottom of entrance. A little more maiand this would be perfect. Love waking to the redwoods and quiet around property.

The room was very clean, and the office staff were very nice. The only problem for my husband and me, was that there was only one paper cup for us to share and only one coffee pod in the morning.

The staff at the Office, Restaurant and Bar were exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! This place is pet-friendly, but the out door pet spaces should be improved.
The breakfast in the restaurant was so delicious, but NOT free! The restaurant has high quality food and choices! The bar has a wide variety of drinks and music on the week ends.

The patio view was nice and bed was comfortable but the carpet was stained. Convenient location to the Felton Hall and the State Park. However, I didn't sleep very much as there was a person underneath me with the tv on loud, very loud till about 5 am, then I was able to sleet about 3 hours! There was no one at the office and the sign for emergencies was so small that I missed when I went downstairs at 2 am. The sign was pointed out to me the next morning when I went to check out and told them of the awful noise. I am an older disable woman, so it was a little difficult in the middle of the night. Otherwise, I would stay there again, hoping it was quieter and have the emergency number on hand. Thank you

酒店很安静，每个人都很友好。遗憾的是原来的大堂已经关闭了，不过很享受晚餐和酒吧的现场音乐。
森林里一家非常漂亮的小酒店。房间干净宽敞。非常放松的地方。我在那里睡得很好。强烈推荐！
