The staff were very attentive, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was extremely good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Crossways Inn.

Great choice!
Broke the journey to Cornwall staying here…very pleased with quality of food and excellent breakfast service. Would really recommend booking for food as every table in the evening reserved which is a great sign of the of the high standard of cooking. Room very good, clean and overall a great stop off

优点：+ 早餐种类丰富；+ 停车位；+ 位置便利；+ 酒吧工作人员友好。中性评价：前台接待员接电话后，回复简洁明了，实事求是。缺点：- 卫生纸架摇晃不稳；- 没有脱咖啡因咖啡，只有两粒超高温灭菌牛奶胶囊；- 羽绒被套和枕套未熨烫；酒吧晚餐服务不稳定。
在过去的 5 年里，我们曾多次入住 Crossways 酒店，每次都过得很愉快。然而，这次虽然住宿条件一如既往的高标准，但餐厅的食物却非常糟糕，我们确实提到了这一点，以便工作人员知道，食物的卖相很差，而且很难嚼（我特别说的是千层面），我母亲可以选择的无麸质食物很少（没有 gf 面包/小圆面包），他们以前做的厚薯条非常棒，但现在的薯条却很软，我不知道发生了什么变化，但这真的很遗憾，因为这多少影响了我们的住宿体验。最后我要说的是，早餐一如既往的美味，为我们服务的女士非常愉快和友好，这是酒店的一大财富，我们一定会再来的，希望这只是一次糟糕的用餐体验。
舒适、友好且乐于助人的员工。早餐美味。地理位置优越，靠近M5高速公路，这很吸引我们。下次还会入住。
