Room was super clean and new so that was our expectation. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was just ok, juices were very good tasty. Cheese omelet not so great but veggie omelet was pretty good. I am partial to a waffle maker when staying at a hotel but all they had was a pancake maker which I personally have never seen so I didn't try it. Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. It was a quick overnight trip so didn't see or use the pool but I love the idea of having it at the hotel. All-in-all, we would stay there again.

Stayed here for a tournament. It was nice and close to the field, had parking and a pool for the kiddos. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was very good. The entrace floor was sticky. The telephones are not working. Bath tub sink.is not draining good.
But the room.is spacious.
I asked if we could check in early beacuse our game ended early they said no because i booked it qith *******.

Room was ok. Front desk guy was extremely rude when we tried to check in an hour early because we had a tournament to go to. Oh and it’s 10 days later and we still have a pending hold on our credit card. Won’t stay her again.

In regards to the incidental hold on your account, we do release that at check out, and then it's up to your bank to release those funds back to you. Typically this process takes anywhere from 3-7 business days, however it does depend on your financial institution, as they may hold different policies. 煎饼机做出的蛋糕糟透了。还有一些我忘了的基本物品，前台没有。
因为我的车坏了，所以我没办法去商店。我的轮椅也没法带我去，因为那里没有人行道，我又不敢在繁忙的主干道上行走。
唯一的优点是工作人员非常乐于助人，而且很友好！
妻子不小心落下了一件泳衣，我们回家后当晚就打电话，他们告诉我第二天早上再打来，因为客房服务人员没有值夜班。
我打了好几次电话，他们找不到前一天晚上打扫过的房间里的东西。
他们告诉我，一旦他们和客房服务人员谈过，他们就会给我打电话。
我不得不继续打电话。
空调过滤器上覆盖着厚厚的灰尘，地板没有吸尘，床头板和架子上积满厚厚的灰尘，空沐浴露瓶，窗户密封条上留有糖果。太脏了。由于要旅行 3 个小时，所以延迟入住。前台人员让我感到很不方便。
