This is a beautiful place to stay! So unbelievably quiet and beautiful he scenery is gorgeous. The house is beautiful , and you are made to feel so welcome as you arrive. This is a 5 star place to stay! And the breakfast ? Well no wonder it has won awards it was amazing .
To wake up to beautiful scenery out of your bedroom window, cattle grazing in the fields , horses all around - rolling hills and the sound of birds is wonderful. I can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely rural location. Spacious nicely furnished room with views over farm. Hosts, Sarah and Richard, very pleasant and welcoming. Home cooked meals using local ingredients.

We’ve just arrived home after a couple of nights spent at Smeaton Farm - and what a fabulous stay we had. We really can’t fault this B & B, Sarah and Richard really looked after us so well. Our room, Weeping Ash, was lovely, so clean and well organised, with the most amazing duel aspect windows looking over the gorgeous garden with the most incredible view over the valley. We were guests at a wedding nearby, but we were still able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful farmhouse. The breakfasts were first class with so much choice, and so tasty. I love getting up at sunrise, so found myself sitting on the bench at the bottom of the garden looking at the view with 2 donkeys, a pony and I believe some alpacas, I was also joined by one of the very friendly cats. A truly wonderful start to my day Thank you both, what you offer is so precious.

A very nice B&B. Very friendly owners and fab breakfasts. Saucy a lovely property with wonderful views. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway, but easy to get to surrounding atteactions
我们刚刚在这家位于美丽英国乡村中心的民宿住了几晚。房子保留了典型的英国乡村别墅的所有魅力，吱吱作响的木地板（包括床）和古董家具。周围的花园美不胜收，还有许多可爱的小猫咪！早餐非常精致，每天早晨由主人准备，提供各种甜味和咸味菜肴（包括传统的英式早餐），并在一个漂亮的房间里享用，餐桌摆放得非常雅致。房间很宽敞，但地毯（我不太喜欢）和老房子里摆放古董家具时特有的挥之不去的霉味有点可惜……即使开着窗户也挥之不去。浴室很小，根本放不下行李箱或其他东西。最后，主人的热情好客与其他评论所说的不同，完全没有我们预期的那么“热情友好”。因此，好评完全是归功于这里无可否认的魅力，而不是住在那里的人。

多么美丽的住处啊！房东很友好，还帮我们搬行李。设施齐全，早餐也很棒。房间里还有一间漂亮的客厅。墙上挂满了各种各样的绘画和版画。装潢完全就是你想象中的农舍的样子……典型的英式风格！花园美不胜收，整个体验也完美收官，我带我那位从澳大利亚来探望的残疾朋友体验了康沃尔郡的魅力。谢谢！我一定会推荐你们的。珍妮，谢谢！
真的很享受在斯米顿农场的夜晚，宁静祥和，景色优美。在附近看完音乐会后，我们只住了一晚，完全满足了我们的需求，热情的接待，早餐选择丰富，采用优质食材烹制，强烈推荐
