我唯一遇到的问题是在退房的时候。前台人员正在为另一个人办理退房手续。我站了15分钟，他们聊天的时候，没有人理睬我。她递上账单后还在继续聊天，最后我干脆把卡放在柜台上走开了。我还是不知道他们有没有帮我办理退房手续。
前台的Mellisa太棒了！她让我的入住体验非常舒适便捷。以后我预订这家酒店肯定是因为她！客户服务太棒了！

浴缸排水不畅——真搞不懂怎么打扫房间却没注意到浴缸排水不畅。这让我怀疑浴缸到底有没有被清洗过。
