Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Excellent coffee for a hotel breakfast though.

Booked thru ******* when we arrived in the room only had one king bed wanted 2 queen. Was told by rude front seak person that’s what you booked thru ******* was very upset. Went and calmed down cake back with an email confirming our room
With two queen beds. Then they kept saying we are fully booked no other rooms. My son then says you mean to tell me in this whole hotel you don’t have one spare room with two beds. She hummed and hawed then says we have an emergency room with 2 queen bed. Good we will take it then. So they lied to us about availability and blamed us that we were lying about how we booked the room and NO APOLOGY when we showed the one girl our confirmation of the room booking. Terrible service would never ever recommend.

this is a bright and modern hotel with pleasant staff. no trouble with check in.
the breakfast area was well kept, but plates were hoarded to make sure only guests with a coupon were in attendance. as a result guests were reusing plates. not a good thing for health reasons.

Lovely clean room but found the shower pan very slippery and there are no safety grab bars.

All was very good with one exception
Being on the top floor, the bathroom vent fan storm flapper is very noisy when the wind is blowing , I got very little sleep because of it!
I mentioned it to the desk clerk, she just laughed and said " yes, thats why I would never stay on the top floor!!

Check in was easy. They put me on top floor so i would have a quiet night. Room had everything needed for my night and morning. Check out was easy as well

My wife and my family stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in North Battleford Aug long weekend 2025. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast was all very wonderful. Coffee was available 24/7 from the hotel's Espresso Machine. We were able to visit in the lobby on comfortable chairs and couches. The staff were friendly and accommodating out entire family. Thank you all the Comfort Inn Staff in North Battleford Sask.
