We had to change rooms bc it was not clean. Then the “new room” was just as filthy. There was hair and nasty stuff all over the beds. Toilet didn’t flush. The smell was horrible.

THESE SUITES ARE TERRIBLE, POOR SERVICE, THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS DISCRIMINATORY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LEENEU AND DRISS (MAINTENANCE MAN). I AM HISPANIC, NATURALIZED IN THE USA. AFTER WAITING ALMOST AN HOUR AND MAKING MANY CALLS TO 0 AND 500, SOMEONE APOLOGIZED BUT I KEPT WAITING, A MAN APPEARED WHO WAS BADLY SLEEPING, ANGRY. I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE DEMANDS, IN THEIR IGNORANCE, HAVING AN ID AND CREDIT CARD, IT SHOULD GIVE THEM A CLUE AND EVEN IF IT HADN'T, THEY DON'T HAVE TO TREAT US LIKE THIS, ONLY ONE HAND SOAP, ONE LARGE TOWEL AND ONE SMALL ONE FOR EACH. I ASKED FOR EXTRA BECAUSE THAT'S NOT ENOUGH, THAT'S NOT HOW IT WAS GIVEN TO EVERYONE! NOT A GLASS, NOT A TEA OR COFFEE SACHET, NOTHING. IF I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE, THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME "GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL" IN THE DAWN, UPSTAIRS AROUND 1 AM. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, YOU HAVE TO GO UP AND DOWN, CARRYING AND BRINGING THE DIRTY TOWELS TO RECEIVE NEW ONES. ON THE OTHER HAND, AT THE SHIFT CHANGE, THE AFOREMENTIONED FRONT DESK GAVE ME THE NORMAL SET OF TOWELS THAT ARE GIVEN IN EVERY HOTEL. HER TREATMENT WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. THEY SHOULD FIRE THE ONE WHO ATTENDED ME ON FRIDAY. I HAD A RESERVATION FROM THURSDAY UNTIL DEPARTURE ON SUNDAY 7/20/25. THERE WAS NO CHANGE OF SHEETS, NO KITCHEN TOWELS IN THE SUITE. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TELL YOU HOW STINKY THE ROOMS ARE. THEY WERE NIGHTS AND DAYS PAID FOR INCONVENIENCE.

Bed very small not so clean in my opinion and it smells bad on the 4th floor and other's play they music really loud with no regards of other's but most i couldn't stand the smell makes you want to throw up and television didn't work good at all power was out for hour's i will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend

Horrible/don't recommend
Dirty sheets, a leftover washcloth that was not used by us and it was crusty
A bad melted counter. A smell of old smoke in the room. Counter person hung up on me 3 times claiming no one was on thenotber end. When. I was able to call someone directly after. Customer service still has yet to get back to me!!

Terrible
Not a good visit, my room was very dirty! I cleaned everything, but the floor which was really nasty with yellow and brown stuff and hair on the towel, I used to wipe some water. The tub, shower curtain, sinks, even the bedside table and the other table had dirt or something really nasty on them!

Worst Hotel i have ever stayed at in my life.
Would "NOT" recommend. Sleeping at a truckstop is safer and less b.s i would know im a truck driver. They charge you a deposit when you check in even if you paid in full and dont advise you before you arrive. They do not clean up your room unless you pay. You have to throw your own trash and they do not clean room even thought they send you a email saying they offer housekeeping for 7 days stays BIG LIE!!! NONE SMOKING HOTEL TAKE ONE STEP THATS A LIE! I was in a middle floor and the floor above and around would go crazy every day even after quiet hours. Thier is better hotels for cheaper. DO NOT STAY HERE!
