This B&B is located near FDR's beautiful home in Hyde Park, as well as the Vanderbilt Estate. The owners have broad knowledge of the area's historic attractions, outdoor activities on the Hudson, and nearby excellent restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay.

Enjoy the Hudson Valley!
This is Bed & Breakfast with a capital B. The frittata and fruit salad the first morning and the Gruyère pie and apple compote the second morning left no doubt that Journey intends to be an Inn to be thoroughly enjoyed. Eric & Valerie have tremendous pride of ownership and want to ensure no opportunity to engage with their guests is left unfulfilled. Kudos & well done

The owners are lovely and breakfast was wonderful. It's 10 mins from Rhinebeck with lots of good restaurants which they recommended. Lovely stay.

Valerie and Eric were great hosts, very warm, inviting and knowledgeable about the area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. Check in/check out was easy. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, but if your room doesn’t have one, a private bathroom is reserved for your use only that is steps away. And the breakfasts were great!

Our hosts, Valerie and Eric were amazing! We felt welcome from the start. Breakfast was delicious and tailored to our dietary needs. The entire space was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend The Journey Inn!

Hosts are so warm and welcoming. Facilities are homelike, very comfortable, immaculate. Just a lovely place!

The inn’s hosts were outstanding in friendliness and knowledge. Our breakfast was delicious and healthy. The only real downside was the room’s bathroom was down the hall from our room. The website only listed that it was a private bath but didn’t mention it wasn’t attached to our room. They should probably edit the site to erase any confusion.

Convenient to resturants and other facilities . Owners are kind and accomodating. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. Our small room was off the reception/dining area therefore quite noisy and not private at times.
