DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! HOTEL CLOSED!!!!!! I turned up yesterday after speaking to someone from the hotel confirming booking to find out from the restaurant next door the hotel had been closed for 4 days!!! Doors locked lights are off!!

My son booked this hotel for me and my husband he stated to the clearly im disabled and needed a lower floor when arriving we had to park at the back of the hotel and climb a spiral staircase of at least 50 steps to enter the building when on arrival we was given our key card and our room was on 1st floor yes more stairs the carpets leading up were filthy the walls and bannisters to on arriving in our room it was what I expected after seeing the hall way this also was dirty the overall room we were given was dirty the bed the shower the window sills the carpet and walls were all stained we was suppose to be celebrating our anniversary we stayed 1 night out the full weekend we had booked and left

The room was dirty and the staff are unhelpful. Stains on the carpet, unknown green mark on the wall and other marks, shower screen handle Broken, dents in the wall, the staff are not helpful at all left us for an hour when we asked for more loo roll and no one at front desk when checking in. I will not be staying here again and I highly recommend not to book here. Bad experience all round.

I’d see reviews about people being charged for parking in the designated car park, and made sure I completed the registration iPad form as instructed by the receptionist. I still got a £170 fine now being threatened with a CCJ. The hotel was cheap and our polite request for a bathroom bulb replacement for two nights ignored. )showering by torch adds insult to injury! I am contesting their claim! I wonder if the courts see a theme?? Car Park Scammers! Avoid!!

房间看起来很干净，但我睡觉时能感觉到身上有虫子，而且我能看到我的物品上有非常小的虫子。
窗户很奇怪，打开时会撞到身体。不小心会很疼。
前台没有工作人员，顾客需要打电话叫人来开门。
顾客需要从停车场爬楼梯到大厅，不要携带任何东西，非常不方便。

我简直是被臭虫活活吃掉了，它们晚上在我身上跳来跳去。
不要浪费你的钱。到达后 40 分钟没人在接待处。入住后发现房间很脏——床单上有水渍，淋浴生锈，闻起来很潮湿，房间和酒店整体闻起来很糟糕，厕所不干净，房间闷热而且太热，走廊闻起来很发霉。我患有癌症，目前正在接受化疗，即使在不同的房间，我住在这家酒店也感觉不舒服或不干净，所以我们预订了另一间。他们在我们离开的那天告诉我们，他们会退款给我们，但现在他们拒绝这样做。我们甚至没能在那个令人恶心的地方住一晚。
请不要预订这个地方，绝对小费，应该被称为“气味” - 整个地方很臭，一切都很脏，枕头、羽绒被、床垫上覆盖着黄色和棕色的污渍，没有灯具，窗户坏了，淋浴和厕所的声音很大有尿渍、地毯上的污渍、外面成堆的恶臭垃圾。如果可以的话我会给-100000分。恶心。
