The room was spacious, parking was great, staff was friendly. No complaints, will likely stay again.

Balcony great view. BRoom doors slam when closing which made noises through the night. Balcony furniture needs update.

Very nice but overpriced IMO
The room was an upgrade from the lake house rooms because of power outage, which was nice. The room was clean and nice. Nighttime: night front desk person was rude asking all kinds of questions when i asked for extra towels. The housekeepers. We’re not understanding English, therefore. Tried to walk in the room when one of us in the party was alone and just getting out of shower (door was latched luckily). I told her 3 times the sign was on door so we would let her know when we were leaving. She still came in to do room. 1st night I told her we wouldn’t need her that day she nodded and we cam back from our excursions. The room was done anyway. And our stuff was all over the place because we did not expect anyone in there. Bathroom: shower heads and spray hose was awesome to see! shower door had a piece missing from bottom and there was water all over the floor. (Reason for the extra towels and yes I told her why). I dont think it was worth what I paid for the room. It was worth half the price I paid. I’ve stayed in better rooms for half that price there.

位于一楼的 3 号房间面积不错，但装饰和家具需要升级。深色油漆和地毯，没有足够的灯光来照亮房间。橱柜里有一个小型咖啡机、迷你冰箱和冰桶。露台只有两把椅子，放在水泥地上，前面有草地，湖前有树篱和一条路。可以看到湖，但从二楼可能更容易看到。浴室很旧，洗手台很低。浴缸周围有明显的污垢。看起来像是几周没用清洁剂擦洗的淡黄色皂垢。
街对面的入住手续办理得很顺利，大堂也很漂亮，工作人员很友好。我不会再住湖畔别墅了。
这家酒店根本不值每晚470美元，没有正规的接待区，没有免费早餐，入住期间也没有地方提出您的疑问。退房时没有人在场。我们等了一个小时才发现需要把钥匙送到另一家酒店（入住时并没有说明）。
38号湖畔小屋糟糕透了。没人维护。很多地方都需要修缮。也许湖畔小屋的其他房间更好，但我们的房间不行。迫不及待想搬走。再也不租湖畔小屋的房间了！
在普莱西德湖度过了愉快的时光
酒店位置非常好，我们可以看到湖景。靠近一切，餐厅等。
我们可以使用脚踏船、皮划艇和其他我们非常喜欢的船只。公共区域急需清洁和翻新，例如肮脏的地毯、破损的游戏等。
