Rooms definitely need to be fixed up it seems like people are doing other things there definitely not clean as it should be in on areas as well waiting for staff to check in caused a long line o understand it's nothing the Hilton but it could look better and be better in several ways that's my experience I've n6in studio 6 motels but not in this condition

Killed roach as soon as I walked in. Saw what looked like blood on shower curtain. Pillow cases looked used. Checked out 5 minutes after checking in

I locked my key card in the room accidentally and the staff promptly took care of it.

我入住后立刻就退房了。我的腿痒得厉害，感觉身上像是有虫子、跳蚤之类的东西，房间很脏，整个地方都很脏，而且臭气熏天。0分（满分10分）。我向信用卡公司提出了交易争议，因为这完全是胡扯，跟描述和图片完全不符。我可以忍受有点脏，但不能接受有虫子。
房间信息上写的是6号工作室，但我实际入住的却像个小型公寓。行李放在走廊里很不安全。整晚都很吵闹。我本来想找个安静、安全、价格又在我预算范围内的房间，结果却感觉很不安全。房间里没有电话，所以用房间里的电话也联系不上前台。我感觉自己的隐私受到了侵犯，一个女人在我睡觉的时候进来了，而我并没有要求客房服务。我的房间几乎从来没打扫过，最后都是我自己打扫的。工作人员态度也不友好。停车场入口和出口都通往高速公路，很不安全。空调也经常出故障。洗衣机和烘干机都不能用，有一次烘干机好像能用，但我用了之后，不得不花钱去洗衣服，花了大约45美元。工作人员说周一会修好洗衣机和烘干机，结果一直没修好。因为房间里没有任何设施，我自己打扫，所以我想要求酒店退还部分房费。
瓷砖破损，脱落，瓷砖下面有蜘蛛，冰箱里没有开，有蟑螂，炉子偏离了房屋结构，把手丢失，枕头和床单很脏（上面真的有污垢），地板和桌子上有不属于我的番茄酱（实际上可能是烧烤酱而不是番茄酱，颜色可能不同，因为它已经过期，而且气味令人作呕）
更新接受借记卡付款的自动售货机/每间客房多收 1 美元以清新床单和枕头。
多花点钱吧
房间很脏，不干净，淋浴地板上有洞，锁也坏了。房卡需要反复重置。马路上噪音很大。空调/暖气拆开了，坏了。房间里没有电话，也没有电视遥控器。
