Good location near Torre Station, frequent bus service to main areas friendly welcoming lovely quest house. Brilliant atmosphere. Room was great for one person. All the facilities needed. Very clean,warm. Great choices for breakfast. Great value for money, extra special touches. All requirements met.Nothing was too much trouble. I had a fantastic stay and felt so comfortable. Will definitely come again

Amazing, the hosts are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. The rooms are clean, we had the family room which consists of two rooms each with their own bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, tasty and lots of it. The hosts and breakfast made our stay really lovely.

Helga and Deneys are exceptional hosts who run a very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent breakfasts. It is set close to Torre railway station and a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, so you can leave your car until it's time to go home. We will definitely be stopping there again. Returned to Arran Lodge for 8 nights, and we were once again amazed by the hospitality of this place. Helga and Deneys are brilliant hosts who will do anything to make your stay perfect. Breakfasts are superb. We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much.

The hosts Dennis and Helga made us feel so welcome. They were very attentive to our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was fantastic. The location was excellent being close to public transport. Parking was right in front of the property. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed a two night stay (for business) at Arran Lodge. Lovely proper B&B. Brilliant details - fridge in the room with waters and fresh milk for the coffee and tea making facilities, a fantastic choice of cereal and cooked breakfasts. The hosts were lovely, nothing too much trouble for any of the guests when I stayed. Lovely quality room and nice and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful little place, from the moment we arrived Helga and Denys were so welcoming. Room was spotless and well appointed, water in fridge each day was a lovely touch. Breakfast, as many have said, was on a par with a 5* hotel. By far the best place we’ve stayed in Torquay. It’s a little way back, but #12 bus round corner and Torre station is a 2 minute walk, also one of the quietest places you’ll find. Would definitely return and recommend for anyone visiting Torquay
