The beds and pillows were hard as a board.Rude customer service. Rude Manager. Bathroom was flooded and we stepped in the gross toliet water. The pool and Hot Tub were disgusting. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone ever again!

It was very good. Was locked out of my room because the metal lock somehow got on when I shut the door. Lady at front desk helped me get in my room

I’m not going to bash them but I had to switch rooms due to the AC being out and the fridge not working. I had someone on the floor above me running marathons all night and couldn’t sleep well.

Overall a great stay, we have stayed here about half a dozen times before, my only irritant this time was the samoan lady that checked us in, she was not very friendly.

The room was spacious and I liked how it was decorated. The bed was so uncomfortable with zero cushion. It was very hard, like sleeping on a mat on the floor.
